Order Issues

We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email our Customer Care team by emailing support@chubblegum.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately, we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

Yes! Please email our Customer Care team by emailing support@chubblegum.com with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address. :)

Yes! We understand that financial situations change and in the grand scheme of life there are more important things than stickers, coloring books and really bad dad jokes. Please email our Customer Care team by emailing support@chubblegum.com with your order number so that we can cancel the order for you.

We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by emailing support@chubblegum.com with your order number and pictures of the following: the label on the outside of your envelope or box and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Everyone loves free stuff, and we love offering promotions and freebie goodies from time to time! Because they’re free, these items are available in extremely limited quantities and are not eligible for replacement or credit of any kind.

While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly! Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping. Exclusions include but are not limited to: newly launched collections and select kits/sets/collaborations. They typically cannot be used during promotions as well, so double check the fine print when a promotion is live to be sure!

Yes! We have a rewards program where you can earn points called Gummies that can be redeemed to provide discounts on future orders.

There are several ways to earn Gummies:

Unfortunately, you must be logged into an account when placing your order to be able to view the status of your order. Not to worry, though! All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to the email address used to place to the order.

An account is not required in order to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!

When placing an order, the final total you see during checkout is in USD. Once your bank pulls the funds, they will account for the current exchange rate. Your bank may or may not charge additional fees for international transactions. Please reach out to your bank for more information on any additional charges/fees!

Unfortunately, we do not currently send samples. Thank you for your interest!

If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.

To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into the rewards panel on the Chubble Gum site. Once your logged in, they'll need to open the rewards panel.

Next, click on Ways to redeem.

If you have enough points for one of the reward amounts, there will be a Redeem button.

To redeem points you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point they would like to spend, then click Redeem. If the points slider is not visible, you may not have enough to redeem.

Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

And you're done!

Processing & Shipping

If you are anything like me, patience is not my virtue and I am like a little kid at Christmas. Though currently we are operating on a 7 to 10 business days processing time. Please understand that processing and shipping times are different - processing is how long it takes for us to fulfill your order and shipping is how long it takes to get to you. Though we are always working hard to make sure that your order gets to you in a timely manner.

Due to high order volumes, your processing time could be 14 to 17 business days.

I know that other online retailers have spoiled us with quick processing and shipping times, though here at Chubble Gum we have a staff of only a few people and process more than 100 orders a day 5 days a week. Which is pretty darn good if you ask me.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team by emailing support@chubbegum.com, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!

Orders cannot be combined manually by our team, and shipping fees for orders are non-refundable.

No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!

We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you.

Please note that international orders typically take 10 to 21 full business days to be delivered. Business days do not include weekends, or holidays.

We do our best to ship orders to you as quickly as possible.  Depending on your location, your order may take longer than 21 days for delivery due to courier delays, civil unrest, Covid 19 restrictions and other issues beyond Chubble Gum's control.  For the most up-to-date information regarding potential delays in your location, please reach out directly to your local Customs Bureau and Postal Institutions.  

In the meantime here are some things that might help you locate your package:

If tracking indicates that your package is in your destination country, please use your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information. Alternatively, we recommend directly contacting your local post/customs office. The best way to do this is by simply locating your nearest post/customs office and visiting them in person. We recommend you physically visit the office to locate your package as your courier's online tracking may not recognize your USPS generated tracking number.

If tracking indicates that your package is still in the US, or is currently in transit, please be patient! Typically international orders do get delivered within 21 business days, however your package may be delayed by customs, or may simply be missing a scan.

Whatever the case may be, we recommend full communication with your customs office as this is the most likely place for packages to go missing.

If you have waited the full 21 business days and still have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing support@chubblegum.com with your order number! Please note, we are unable to assist you further with your order until after the 21st business day.

Yes! We do deliver to PO boxes. :)

Typically after you order, the Chubble Gum team is able to filful your order in about 7 to 10 business days. After your order is fulfilled it can take 2 to 5 days for domestic shipments and 14 to 30 days for international shipments to arrive.

The exception to this is when we experience a high volume of orders which can take us 14 to 17 business days to process AFTER your order has been placed.

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website, though! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via email and verify if the address is correct or where to resend your package.

In some cases there may be an additional charge for it to be resent. This is based on a case by case basis and your package will not be shipped until the additional fees or shipping has been paid.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.

For orders some international orders:

We are excited to share that Duties & Taxes are now included during checkout on all orders shipping to your country! This means you will save on agent fees and your package may be delivered to your door! Any Duties & Taxes that apply to your order will be listed during the checkout process.

For all other international orders:

These fees are not included in your Chubble Gum order and/or shipping total. Chubble Gum assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or give away items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. By placing an order, you authorize Chubble Gum to import your product on your behalf and agree to Chubble Gum delegating the import of your products to a third party.

Yes! Please follow these rules or your package might not make it!

  1. Write out the service member’s full name in the name field. Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1.
  2. The city field will need to be one of the following abbreviations set forth by the Military:
    • APO: Army Post Office
    • FPO: Fleet Post Office
    • DPO: Diplomatic Post Office
  3. The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code,” which is categorized by the following abbreviations:
    • AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas)
    • AP: Armed Forces Pacific
    • AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa)
  4. Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.

There are a few items that do not qualify for free shipping. These items are currently;

If you have any of these items added to your cart, you will be charged the shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Chubble Gum. In the event that any full priced Chubble Gum item does not meet your expectations, please return it in its original unused condition with tags and original packaging (if any) for a refund or for a prompt exchange.

All stickers are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges OR refunds.

All return, credit, and exchange requests should be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will not process any requests that fall beyond those 14 days. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you. We do not offer price adjustments.

If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your return for your return request to be processed. Delays may occur during holidays, product launch releases and sale events. We thank you for your patience!

REFUNDS

Returns will be credited to the original form of payment on full-priced items only. We will not process incomplete returns, so please make sure that the item that you are returning is complete. If it is not complete, your refund will not be processed and your item(s) will be returned to you. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. All Body Swim Suits are final sale only. No returns will be accepted.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. It may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

Not happy with your order? We're happy to exchange your full-priced item(s) for something else. We will honor one exchange request per order. Please download and fill out our RETURN FORM, mark the item(s) that you would like in exchange for the item(s) being returned. In rare instances, stock may not be available to fulfill your exchange request. In the event that a no-stock situation occurs, we will refund you the purchase price to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind, your purchase price will be the amount we apply to any exchange.

Please ensure that the item you are sending us for exchange is complete. If it is not complete, it will be returned back to you and your exchange request will not be processed.

Any package postmarked after 30 days will be returned to you.

 

BLIND BOXES/BLIND BAGS

Our blind boxed/blind bag items are "blind," meaning, you don't get to choose what assortment of figure(s) you'll receive. You won't know which one you're getting until it arrives. Think of it as a sweet surprise! Please understand that due to the production process, variations may occur from figure to figure. As these are blind boxed items, duplicates may also occur. Ordering multiple blind boxes does not guarantee that you will receive every character.

Due to the nature of blind boxes/blind bags, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our blind boxed/blind bag items. No exceptions. All sales are final.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS

If the wrong item is shipped out to you due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged item(s) will be shipped at no cost. If a damaged item is shipped to you, or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package by replying to your confirmation email.

Notifications received after the 10 days will not be honored.

Please note that there may be delays in the processing and fulfillment of your order. As a Pennsylvania-based business, Chubble Gum is subject to local ordinances regarding COVID-19. All international shipments are sent via USPS and usually arrive anywhere between 7-14 working days after being shipped from our US losation - depending on your location. Chubble Gum is not responsible for weather or shipping carrier delays. We do not price match. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DURING HOLIDAYS, PRODUCT LAUNCH RELEASES AND SALE EVENTS.

TAXES & DUTIES

All customs, duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. You can review and prepay your taxes and duties directly at checkout. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). These authorities have the right to release or deny the release of your package. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to this process.

RETURNS

Chubble Gum is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Chubble Gum, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Return requests must be postmarked within 14 days from the day you receive your package(s). Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment not including duties, taxes, and shipping charges which are non-refundable. We will only accept returns that are in their original unused condition with tags and original packaging (if any).

Sticker Club

Once you have clicked on the account icon, you will arrive to the login page. Located at the bottom of the login options is a section that says 'Manage subscriptions'. Click on this and you will be prompted to login to you separate subscriptions dashboard.

We always bill the month prior to shipment so if you signed up anytime in January (January 1st-January 27th) the first pack you receive will be the February pack. This will ship about 10 business days into February. You’ll receive a shipping notice to the email address on file as soon as your pack is dropped off at USPS.

  • EU/UK – up to 4 weeks*
  • AUS/NZ – up to 4 weeks*
  • All other – up to 4 weeks*

Your shipping address is in two separate places on your customer profile, under the Account Details section of your Account Dashboard and in the Subscription Management section.

To update the shipping address for your subscription:

  1. Login to your Sticker Club account
  2. Click “Manage subscriptions” at the bottom of all the options

  • Enter your email address and follow the prompts to log in to your account
  • Click "Shipping addresses"

  • Click the "Edit shipping addresses" link next to the subscription you'd like to update

  • Enter in the correct shipping address and click 'Edit shipping address' to save

If you updated your shipping address but did not follow the above steps then you likely updated the shipping address for online store orders and not for your subscription.

If you followed the above steps and your subscription is shipping to an old address it’s possible your address was updated after you were billed for your subscription. Any changes to your subscription go into effect on your next billing, if the address change was made after your order was paid for, the previous address was used.

If you need an address change after your subscription has billed please contact us at support@chubblegum.com and we’ll get things squared away for you!

Yes! Each month we send out a shipment notification with tracking information in you are in the U.S. or part of the $25 tier to the email you provided.

If you are $5 or $10 international, an email will be sent out without tracking info.

Technical Issues

We currently don’t have a phone number for customer service inquiries, but we recommend speaking with our Customer Care team by emailing us; support@chubblegum.com to find answers to your questions/concerns.

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, however, don’t fret! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion.

If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please email our Customer Care team by emailing support@chubblegum.com so that we may assist you further!

You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe. This will remove you from our emailing list! If you change your mind later, you can still subscribe to our newsletters by signing up on our website.

Each product category is broken down into specific lines we currently have, and our product lines can be categorized by 'Mood' and 'Interest'.

Of course, if you have a specific product you want to locate on our site, you can always use our search function at the top left of our homepage, where the logo is also located!
